GBBath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic… Bath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic bag, which easily snagged in shipping. Rug was snagged. Had to be replaced. Customer service rep was very cordial - 5 stars on customer service rep. Would suggest using a more durable shipping bag of heavier plastic if you choose to ship in bag vs box. :-) Quality of rug is very good, thick/heavy, high quality cotton.

GBGreat products Beautiful, well-made bathroom rugs, and sent in a timely manner. This is the third order I have gotten from Live Grund, and I highly recommend their rugs and towels.

GBGreat rug I was looking for a larger white rug that is washable and this rug perfectly fits the bill. I loved it so much I bought 2 so I can rotate them. The rugs arrived very quickly and look great.

GBI would like to amend my recent review of my experience with GrundAmerica. I had come across my interpretation of a No Return Policy. I was wrong & I would now like to correct my mistake. Would have liked to return the item but discovered that Grund has a “No Return” policy. This was never indicated in their advertising or when I was putting in the order. I’ve never come across this with any Company that I’ve ever dealt with. Consequently, no matter how much I like what they have to offer, I’ll never do business with Grund again.
