Loving power plate! I love the power plate meal plan. It’s super easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. I also like that all of the nutrition information is already in MyFitnessPal so I can just easy scan the barcode on the package and keep track of my macros. Most of the meals are very tasty for being healthy. I just wish the sauces that are included had separate nutrition information as I don’t always use them.

I have been a regular customer of PPM for a year now... I have been a regular customer of PPM since 2020. I'm approaching an entire year of loyalty to their business and have always been very pleased with everything we order and receive. I am currently living with my in-laws due to the housing market. Sharing a kitchen is difficult sometimes, so these meals help us stay on track and have minimal clean-up. I have not had a single meal that I didn't like! I love how many options there are for dairy free and gluten free! I highly recommend trying this meal delivery service!
