Quick Meal Prep I love Power Plate Meals, it helps me spend less time in the kitchen & more time with my friends & family while still eating healthy. Sometimes it can be challenging to find meals that are dairy & gluten free but Power Plates always has serval options for me— I highly recommend if you avoid gluten & dairy! Love me some Mac N cheese The meals are so tasty, I have enjoyed pretty much every one I've tried. My husband is a super picky eater & loves the Mac N Cheese (particularly the chicken or brisket). I wish either of those options were on the menu every week, would be my only suggestion because he could eat those every day.

Shipping concerns The food, portion size, and nutritional quality and info are amazing - five stars. Where things could use improvement is the shipping. I’ve done a handful of meal and grocery services, and Hungryroots shipping would be worth looking into. They are able to ship the merchandise in a way that limits waste and keeps things cold. The amount of styrofoam and gel packs are really disheartening to dispose of each week. There are freezer packs out there that double as plant food which is awesome.
