GBLove the Meal Plans I love the meal plans. There's a nice variety of food options, and no way for me to make a mistake with wrong amounts of anything when preparing meals. I feel more motivated to eat healthier than I have in many years. I was happily surprised that, after a short adjustment period, I don't feel hungry when I'm not supposed to. I feel you do really well with the meal planning. I am now eating more variety of healthy foods in my diet, which is a wonderful thing! I feel more positive for my present and future health and wellness!

GBBeware Beware ! They will renew your subscription with zero notice and then refuse to refund your money even if you contact them on the exact same day that they charged you. This type of renewal process borders on being a scam. Be very careful. If you cancel a subscription retain evidence that you have canceled so that you can use that cancellation paperwork to refute their attempts to charge you in the future. I did not save my cancel notice and now am stuck paying for an additional 6 months of a product I do not use!

CAOnce you get through the first week or… Once you get through the first week or so it becomes so much easier. Cravings are gone; you almost have to remind yourself to eat. The email words of encouragement really help a lot -- keep you motivated and strong. Have lost 18 pounds in the first month!!

LVKeto teaches me a new recipes Keto teaches me a new recipes, for sure. Somehow desire for sweets is gone. Occasionally I struggle with lack of time for all the good recipes to be prepared, starting from shoping until cooking. Seldom it happens, that preparing one portion gets done for double, so lunch = dinner :) How do I add morning coffes to menu, with teaspoon of butter and teaspoon of honey ? Nothing more for breakfest.
