Great products and awesome quality! I've ordered a few things from this site now and every purchase has been great! The cat tree, water fountain (and replacement parts is SUPER helpful to have too) and other things have all been great quality and my pets love all of it!

Expensive The pump in the water fountain I had was broken. So I ordered a replacement. The product was as described, but to be honest the price for this item was way too much. I should've thrown away the fountain and bought from a different brand, but I did not want to be wasteful so I decided to order a new part.

Purchasing process drama but all’s well that ends well My cat and I love the rattan kitty tree, but the purchasing process was a headache. Your company tried to withdraw funds from my card four times when I only wanted to make one purchase (and I had only clicked the button one time), then my card froze and I had to wait four days for my bank to unfreeze it. I then tried to purchase again and it declined for some other invalid reason. I finally was able to get it to work, but it was pretty frustrating. I’m glad I stuck with it though bc this cat tree is so wonderful. Again, my cat just adores it so thanks! Overall, it was worth it.

Spills even on lowest setting and is super loud the fountain shoots water out so wildly that it spills on the floor even on the lowest setting. the fountain is also LOUD if its not fully filled edit: The fountain is loud if the bowl isn't more than 3/4 filled because the water trickles down and hits the water, not because of the pump. Also, I have followed all the instructions and installed the pump correctly at the absolute lowest setting and it spills constantly. This is just a bad product and if you go online other people are having the same issue.
