She kindly fulfilled the request. This is my 2nd order from H&P too. Everything is always perfect! Thank you

GBCute but issues with assembly The egg design is super cute, but unfortunately the one I got couldnât be assembled :( the bolt wonât fit into the bottom of the yolk. It gets stuck when youâre trying to drill it in and wonât move at all. I was so excited to get this for my cat, but itâs unusable because of the assembly issue.

GBPurchasing process drama but allâs well that ends well My cat and I love the rattan kitty tree, but the purchasing process was a headache. Your company tried to withdraw funds from my card four times when I only wanted to make one purchase (and I had only clicked the button one time), then my card froze and I had to wait four days for my bank to unfreeze it. I then tried to purchase again and it declined for some other invalid reason. I finally was able to get it to work, but it was pretty frustrating. Iâm glad I stuck with it though bc this cat tree is so wonderful. Again, my cat just adores it so thanks! Overall, it was worth it.
