Easily the worse experience and talk… Easily the worse experience and talk about over promise under delivery. It is a pain to change or do anything to your system without calling customer service. When you do, they send you to an aggressive offshore call center. This company is 100% cheap and give you the worst product after you sign a contract, go to any other company, Im going to break the contract and possibly sue based on them not being able to record an accident that happened.

Lytx Camera is Distracting Its obvious that most of these reviews are by people who work for Lytx or have something to gain by positive feedback. The Lytx AI is junk! ... NOT ChatGPT, thats for sure, because its wrong most of the time. It says your speeding constantly, when your not. For example, on the interstate, it constantly says your speeding anytime you pass entrance or exit ramp. The company claims its picking up the speed limit on the ramp or feeder. If you know this, then why don't you get your programmers to fix it! It goes off all the time saying 'Seatbelt', when your wearing your seatbelt. I could go on and on. Its nothing but a distraction when your driving and should be removed for safety reasons.

As a FedEx contractor you must speak with client success team member which deals with FedEx only, well good luck I have never dealt with anyone who will not return an email a call or any type of help. I have been trying 3 weeks with no contact please stay away from Lytx is you except any type of support, you will not get it with this company!

Blue Water Trucking is three months… Blue Water Trucking is three months into our Camera Program for our fleet. Thus far the program is a complete success. From the beginning, Lytx provided us with information, presentations and quotations to secure our business. The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively. good service overall good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill.
