The Juan Tabo location in Albuquerque The Juan Tabo location in Albuquerque, New Mexico has made a practice of not providing the entire meal (drinks, sides, even entire orders....), then making it nearly impossible to get your money back on what they did not deliver. I was even told that I did not get an item I paid for because I chose not to get it??? So, I paid for something and then requested they don't provide it??? This location is a nickel and dime rip-off organization. Don't order from here, they will pull a lame ignorance game on the phone when you call then put you on hold. Complained via Facebook messenger to get a voucher not even full value of the items purchased and now I have given up complaining directly so leaving a 1* review. Really poor customer service in general and a total disappointment and waste of money. Will stay with Dominos at least they get the order right!

Shocking service Shocking service. Cold pizza, basically uncooked dough. Phoned to complain. Told nothing they can do as I ordered though a 3rd party “Just Eats” sat here on my birthday now with no food!! #BoycottPizzaHut

Poor quality,poor value Poor quality food ,very greasy under coating, app ordering was not a seemless process ether, and the cost showed a real disconnect between quality,value for money and happy customers. Nearly £63 for 2 pizzas and 3 coke refills is nothing to do with cost of living crisis but more to do with a money grab on sub standard products ,a real shame. However the staff were great, it's a pity the company is not doing more to provide a quality destination to go with the staffs great standards
