Shocking service Shocking service. Cold pizza, basically uncooked dough. Phoned to complain. Told nothing they can do as I ordered though a 3rd party “Just Eats” sat here on my birthday now with no food!! #BoycottPizzaHut

Our family always buy pizza from Pizza… Our family always buy pizza from Pizza Hut whenever we have a 'Family Day'. We were just saddened because we noticed that their pizzas are getting smaller and the toppings are fewer than before. I hope they bring back the old quality of their pizzas.

I feel the price I paid was appalling I feel the price I paid was appalling, 2 pizza's and 2 glasses of water, 1 Ice cream and £62 later! If I had known how much it was going to cost, I would have gone elsewhere. How can you charge so much??? As a pensioner this is a lot of money for me. I wonder if I have been over charged? Can pizza hut give me an answer please?

4 orders in a row that’s gone wrong 4 orders in a row that’s gone wrong! Ashford branch obviously don’t know what they’re doing. Complained via Facebook messenger to get a voucher not even full value of the items purchased and now I have given up complaining directly so leaving a 1* review. Really poor customer service in general and a total disappointment and waste of money. Will stay with Dominos at least they get the order right!
