And the Grocer team should work on it. - Make your support team more cooperative and give them some more authority for solving customer issues. - Your app has a few flaws for ordering and in making payments. **Personal Experience: I ordered twice and one time I got charged for an item that was out of stock. Although, they reimbursed me the amount The second time I paid the whole amount via Card and the rider took a bill with some outstanding balance. I don't know if that was some calculation issue or what but that outstanding bill was correct. - Adding more commodities to the list will surely increase the popularity of the business.

AUStay clear do not deliver on promises Booked delivery 9-11:30. Time now 1:30 ! 2 hrs late. Called support haven't got an idea! Cant track your delivery as just says dispatched. No communication from support to driver to find their whereabouts??Generic responses with no ownership of issue. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Thankfully this was cash on delivery so I am cancelling!

PKOverall experience is good but you ppl… Overall experience is good but you ppl should add more varieties n variants in all commodities. Often goods are unavailable at app. Its a great thing that you are offering discounts on different things. I appreciate grocery aap.

PKGrocerapp has a terrible customer support Date: Oct 14,2021 I placed an order on Oct 13, 2021, around 5 PM, and made an online payment. I was scheduled between 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The rider arrives at 11:37 am and gave me 2 miss calls not even proper calls when I had instructed initially that my doorbell does not work. I missed the delivery at that time and when I contacted the person, he said he will deliver in the evening. I contacted the customer support team around 5:00 pm. They said the item delivery will take place in the next 45 mins. I kept waiting and took updates and all of a sudden another customer rep sends a message saying my order has been declined and I must make a new order for the items to be delivered. The online payment that I made, they said will be returned within 12-14 business working days. Why should I wait for my money to be returned in two weeks' time? Why they are running a manual financial operation when they claim to be an OnLiNe ApP? Most importantly, they have terrible customer support/services. They were three customer reps who were periodically exchanging my conversations but were clueless to help me out actually. It was only wasting my time and they just kept delaying the process. An AI integrated chatbot performs much better engagement than what they have hired who only copy-paste to initiate conversations. They are not even trained and they don't know how to interact with customers. Grocerapp doesn't have effective communication. If I was told that my order has been canceled at the time when I missed the delivery, I would have accepted it as my fault but delaying and dragging have cost me an entire day and a lot of frustration. I have deleted grocerapp and not looking forward to using this app ever again.
