GBWent to the Olive Garden in Monroeville… Went to the Olive Garden in Monroeville told the staff in the beginning that we were celebrating a birthday. Had to tell staff more than once that we wanted a cake for the birthday we were celebrating. Waited - waited and nothing then told the server privately and she couldn’t hear and came up to the table to ask if we said we wanted cake, completely ruined the surprise. When discussing it with management and staff around asked how difficult is it to pass a message on. They all looked stunned and surprised the answer was management would talk to staff, well that is great. Nice though to see the other staff laughing about.

GBDoughy breadsticks & higher prices Used to look forward to the breadsticks, but the apparent change in the recipe has made them almost inedible. Seems like eating raw dough (even when put through the “baking” process several times.). That along with the higher prices have put any future visits very questionable. It’s a shame because we used to enjoy our times there and have purchased multiple gift cards for others. Sadly, no more.

GBIt's a HORRIBLE place to eat It's a HORRIBLE place to eat, I literally got sick and food poisoned, the quality of food is extremely bad, lack of love and real passion to make food, it's really commercial and just care about making money. I will never put a foot in this place anymore. If you've ever went to Italy you will see this is a joke pasta, it's not authentic. So disappointed.

The young lady that took our order was also a very nice and polite waitress. She took our order and did a great job. Was very patient and thorough with our order. We enjoyed our dinner. We definitely will be back. Thank your employees, Branden Sandoval and Esmeralda O. For their Great Customer Service they have.

GBGo visit Mary, Karrie, and Wayne in Brighton, MI! My husband and I visited the Brighton, Michigan Olive Garden whilst visiting from London. Not only was the food delicious and the portions very generous, but the host, Mary, our server, Karrie, and the manager, Wayne, made the whole experience unforgettable. The way the three of them interacted with us and with each other during our meal made us feel like we were the stars of a sitcom (in a good way!). I don't think I've ever had so much fun eating lunch. If you're in the area and you're hungry, go visit them for lunch or dinner!
