GBWithholding Tips Age Discrimination Since yesterday 4/26/24 grub hub refused to pay me my tips from 4 deliveries and lies saying instant cash out is inoperative They are scum bags. I have no food Gas or shelter now. I have only used instant cash out and by the time my bank sends me money I will have filed complaints with Department of Labor I’m also 60 years old and filing age discrimination. My tips should have been given instantly not held Updated This am 4/28/24 I was graciously sent 28$ of the 48 owed after threatening discrimination Grub stub and door rash thinks my delivery money is theirs. They withheld for 2 days and still owe me 20 dollars Also of note if you don’t want your food missing tip appropriately. A 50$ order is 10$ tip 20% like a restaurant and no we don’t go looking through apartments and high rise buildings for 3 dollars . Put on your Jamie’s and go get your food in the lobby Grb stub you are fired 🖕🏻

GBI’ve been using GrubHub for years I’ve been using GrubHub for years, and I find it just as compatible as Uber eats if not, it’s more efficient. I’m not having very many issues with GrubHub itself versus some of the restaurants I’ve ordered from. The couple times I’ve had discrepancies GrubHub has made it right.

GBA promo was offered through Red Lobster… A promo was offered through Red Lobster for free Cheddar Biscuits. After stating the promo would be automatically entered upon check out, it wasn't. Customer service found out the offer was no longer available.

GBGrubhub Stole My Money Miserable company with no accountability. Last week my order from Wawa was delivered with the wrong items entirely, so they processed a refund for me. Today my order from subway was missing 2/3rds of the order. When I informed Grubhub they said I'd 'processed too many refunds and they wouldn't refund anymore', despite only having had one refund from them in the past 6 months. Gig work is terrible. I get charged ludicrous 'service fees' and there's no service being followed up on. No one is held accountable. The drivers will steal your food and grubhub will steal your money. Do not trust or support this gig-work industry; major companies are using it to rob you blind and lower the quality of your life in the process.

GBIt's a Win-Win-Win Situation! I like Grubhub to order from because they have more vendors to choose from, their drivers actually 'read' the notes the customer leaves, and I get the Amazon discount. A win-win-win situation! Thanks Grubhub!
