GBWe only got half of our order We only got half of our order delivered, and the customer service agent wouldn’t give us a refund big enough to compensate the service fees. We lost money re-ordering what was missing from our order. It’s two hours later and we’re still waiting for part of our order to get delivered. The restaurant worker confirmed she had the whole order at the restaurant and ready to get picked up after it was placed. We tipped ahead of time and have no way of taking away the tip for the driver and now have to re-tip another driver to bring the rest of our original order. Will never use GrubHub again after today.

GBFast and easy Fast and easy! Ordering is never a problem and I love how some fees are waived! I can give more and support local drivers! Now the restaurants getting the order exact is a whole other ball game. Truly a toss up.

GBHORRID PUTRID Bait and Switch practices HORRID PUTRID disgusting bait and switch tactics. They refused to honor an offer that was on the site. Complete bait and switch. I sent screenshots of both the offer and my qualifying order. They made up their own rules and interpretations for not honoring the offer. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and could not be connected. This company is the epitome of incompetency and selfishness.

GBI’ve been using GrubHub for years I’ve been using GrubHub for years, and I find it just as compatible as Uber eats if not, it’s more efficient. I’m not having very many issues with GrubHub itself versus some of the restaurants I’ve ordered from. The couple times I’ve had discrepancies GrubHub has made it right.

GBDisappointed Disappointed. Just ordered food from Peru Taco Bar including Causa, chicken with 2 sides and I added a salad. I asked for silverware and napkins. Didn’t get my salad that I paid for (ir was not a side) or the silverware and napkins. The Causa was overpriced too small for the 10 $ I’m disappointed of the restaurant and Grubhub. Doesn’t anyone double check the orders to know that they are complete? Least that they could do.
