GBFirst time ordering and after three… First time ordering and after three weeks of waiting I stil have no order and no response to my several emails or tickets I created. Be Prepared is their website but they obviously aren't prepared themselves. Sorry, but I can't recommend this company. If I don't get order soon, I'm going to cancel. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Other companies I have putchased from after this one has already sent me my purchases. Be Prepared is a joke.

GBI got everything I ordered but filling… I got everything I ordered but filling the order and actually shipping it took a week even when they stated the items were in stock. a little more communication would have been nice besides being told that my order was being processed. I will use them again because of their pricing and selection I just know now that it will take a bit to get here.

GBI appreciated being notified of a delay… I appreciated being notified of a delay in the order. Soon thereafter, it arrived. I haven't yet tried the dehydrated chicken but whether good or bad, I will let you know. Very important to have emergency supplies these days.

GBCustomer service was excellent! Probably due to the COVID19 crisis, there were delays in shipping and filling large orders. Andrew and Chandler in customer service were both reassuring and exactingly factual. My orders, and my husband's separate orders, all arrived on the updated dates they told us. All the products were in perfect condition. We've tasted several items from our smaller pouches. Quality and taste are excellent. Hoping to see freeze-dried cranberries offered again. Made a festive winter apple spice cranberry crumble from our just our storage items to serve dinner guests. It was WONDERFUL !

GBThey delivered what other vendors have failed to do 3 times now The shopping experience was, as always, smooth and with lots of communication from the vendor. The product itself was surprisingly perfect. Not surprising because I expected less from Emergency Essentials, but because other vendors have struggled to provide what Emergency Essentials did on the very first try. So I am very pleased. The packaged food I ordered has arrived from other vendors damaged (not airtight, which means worthless) on my last several attempts. But Emergency Essentials sent 10 out of 10 in airtight, pristine condition. THANK YOU. Such a hassle with other vendors.
