I've been an Emergency Essentials… I've been an Emergency Essentials customer for years. There were a few hiccups in this order, I believe due to the chaos of everyone ordering at the same time in the CoVid crisis, but the staff was amazing. It took a while, they are very busy now, but they worked pleasantly with me until everything was straightened out. I will continue to use EE for my prepping needs and recommend anyone else considering them to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a customer since 2003 I have been a customer since 2003. I never had a problem got what I ordered expediently. They maintained my inventory for my convenience. Then a few years back they lost my inventory but I still got what I ordered expediently. This year I not only have lost my inventory but I am unable to figure out what I have received, what is on Backorder, what I have paid for, and I have received and been chargedfor duplicate orders. As a result I have started to order from other companies. What’s more EE does not carry as many FD items such as ham, pork chops, shrimp, cherries and several others.

Good product -- but don't buy in an… Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.

In this day and age I am not used to having to wait a couple of weeks before receiving delivery of something I ordered online. I also think the problem was that the website only showed "processing" for about 2 weeks straight before someone was able to email me regarding the delay right before they manages to ship it out. But once I got my shipment, the quality of the products received was great. I would buy from them again in the future!
