On top of offering a great product On top of offering a great product, they have wonderful customer service. For example, they are unable to ship quickly at the moment due to high demand, but they still send you an e-mail letting you know that your order is in queue and hasn't been forgotten. I have ordered from other places before, and I am lucky that i am notified when the items ships. I'm not left in the dark wondering what is going on with my order.

I have been a customer since 2003 I have been a customer since 2003. I never had a problem got what I ordered expediently. They maintained my inventory for my convenience. Then a few years back they lost my inventory but I still got what I ordered expediently. This year I not only have lost my inventory but I am unable to figure out what I have received, what is on Backorder, what I have paid for, and I have received and been chargedfor duplicate orders. As a result I have started to order from other companies. What’s more EE does not carry as many FD items such as ham, pork chops, shrimp, cherries and several others.

Customer service was excellent! Probably due to the COVID19 crisis, there were delays in shipping and filling large orders. Andrew and Chandler in customer service were both reassuring and exactingly factual. My orders, and my husband's separate orders, all arrived on the updated dates they told us. All the products were in perfect condition. We've tasted several items from our smaller pouches. Quality and taste are excellent. Hoping to see freeze-dried cranberries offered again. Made a festive winter apple spice cranberry crumble from our just our storage items to serve dinner guests. It was WONDERFUL !

BIOENGINEERING FOOD INGREDIENT Now using bioengineering food ingredients!! No thanks. It's unfortunate because I have bought many items from this company in the past. I was going to buy more cornmeal, checked ingredients, and now BIF ingredient. Be diligent and check ingredients.

Emergency Essential website is awesome Emergency Essential website is awesome. Many different categories to browse, and search is easy too. Lots of product information and articles on being prepared and recipe suggestions! I have worked with customer service people in past, very knowledgeable about products and willing to make amends for the rare incident something doesn't arrive as promised. Like too that I receive emails about my order.
