I appreciated being notified of a delay… I appreciated being notified of a delay in the order. Soon thereafter, it arrived. I haven't yet tried the dehydrated chicken but whether good or bad, I will let you know. Very important to have emergency supplies these days.

First time ordering and after three… First time ordering and after three weeks of waiting I stil have no order and no response to my several emails or tickets I created. Be Prepared is their website but they obviously aren't prepared themselves. Sorry, but I can't recommend this company. If I don't get order soon, I'm going to cancel. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Other companies I have putchased from after this one has already sent me my purchases. Be Prepared is a joke.

Lots of product information and articles on being prepared and recipe suggestions! I have worked with customer service people in past, very knowledgeable about products and willing to make amends for the rare incident something doesn't arrive as promised.
