Wonderful customer service I ordered from Restaurant Supply, and realized shortly after that it was the wrong thing! Now they are super fast and promised shipment if the order was made before 5pm...I made the order at 4:15pm...I immediately emailed and called leaving a message...thinking I wouldn't get to cancel In time. The got back to me within 15 minutes! I may not have actually gotten an order this time, but I will definitely order from them in the future! Great customer service, super fast response to emails and really friendly! I would recommend ordering from them for sure!

The extra large roasting pan came quick … The extra large roasting pan came quick and in perfect condition. It is carbon steel so rust was a concern, but it came well oiled and in a plastic bag, well packed in a box....perfect condition. It also came with care instructions to keep it rust free. I have a lot of cast iron pans so it was a breeze for me, I take care of it like I take care of my cast iron. The price was very good also, it was the lowest online price for the pan. I recommend Restaurant Supply Group for hard to find pot & pan sizes and would definitely buy from again!

When I inquired about package they said it had been returned damaged, but they forgot to re-ship. Item was shipped and received quickly the second time around. Very happy with product

Great service I had been looking for Sacramento Tomato Juice for several years since could not buy in any grocery store. By chance I ran across the Restaurant Supply Group while surfing the net. Had found on Amazon but not at a fair price. Purchase from RSG at a reasonable price so ordered 2 cases (16X48 oz Bottles). Giving away to friends and associates that have heard me talk about the quality and goodness of the product. My only suggestion would be to RSG and that is need to do a better job of packaging this product before shipping. The case that the 2 cases of product came in was not that sturdy. Product is GREAT!!
