GBEverything happened FAST! All went well with this order -- even with an issue! When I tried to post payment for my online order, it would not recognize or accept my credit card. For some reason, only PayPal was working. I sent an email to the owner, who answered promptly and noted that there was a processing issue with the payment program. I tried the next time online and was able to make payment via credit card. And the item was shipped right afterwards, which was amazing to me. I am to receive my order in 2 to 3 days. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of the owner to my inquiry and to the excellent service and very fast shipping. 5 stars!

GBGreat Selection.. Super Shipping My order was delivered promptly and was very well packed. I got a dozen bottles of a particular Bloody Mary mix that I could not find ANYWHERE... until I found Restaurant supply group. The price was only a little more than I was used to paying in the store back in CA. Now I'm set for awhile. Next time I'll order more, because of the free shipping on orders over $100.

GBWonderful customer service I ordered from Restaurant Supply, and realized shortly after that it was the wrong thing! Now they are super fast and promised shipment if the order was made before 5pm...I made the order at 4:15pm...I immediately emailed and called leaving a message...thinking I wouldn't get to cancel In time. The got back to me within 15 minutes! I may not have actually gotten an order this time, but I will definitely order from them in the future! Great customer service, super fast response to emails and really friendly! I would recommend ordering from them for sure!

GBDisappointed Disappointed. We have ordered supplies several times from RSG and been very happy with the speed of receiving the shipment. However, this time it was not as easy. I had called and emailed customer service multiple times starting 6/25 and was only able to leave a message, no live person to talk to. No return calls or emails from RSG. I finally just ordered on Friday 6/29 by 1pm with hopes that my order would be processed so it could be received by 7/3. I just now received confirmation that the order was shipped 5:51 pm last night (7/2) so we won't have the order in time for our show on 7/4.
