Future POS was great in transitioning… Future POS was great in transitioning us to the new credit card system. There were a few problems with the connection at first, but they were right on top of it and solved the issues immediately. As a restaurant owner & operator, it can be very frustrating when things are working properly during a busy Friday night, but they are always there for us 24/7 which is what I love about the company. Future POS is Intuitively Powerful Future POS is intuitive which makes it easy to navigate. Moreover, this simplicity allows for easy staff training. Although it is simple to operate it is secure and has a flexible platform to custom tailor the POS to our specific needs. Very powerful.

They have always answered questions and helped out with any sort of power outages we may have experienced right away.
