GBI sure wish you had a series of videos… I sure wish you had a series of videos to show us some of the secrets of the POS software like how to prevent employees from clocking in early. Also, sometimes the wait to correct a charge is very long. We also do not receive emails to confirm the correction to the credit card problems that we call in. Mercury did send emails with a transaction code.

GBFuture POS is Intuitively Powerful Future POS is intuitive which makes it easy to navigate. Moreover, this simplicity allows for easy staff training. Although it is simple to operate it is secure and has a flexible platform to custom tailor the POS to our specific needs. Very powerful.

GBThere's a lot to like about Future POS There's a lot to like about Future POS. The front end handles our complicated menu. Lots of options and modifiers are not a problem. The back office is complete and card processing is reliable. But, as a techno-dinosaur, I have to say, it's tech support that I love. They're always there when I need them. Besides keeping the everything up to date and running, they help me tweak the system and answer questions. They make a critical part of the business something I don't have to worry about or completely understand. That's a big deal.
