GBFast, friendly, reliable I've been using Foodler for years now to order from a few different places between moves and vacations where I crash with friends and they've had a pretty solid selection everywhere I've been. Many are hits and will fit your palate and budget; few are duds. On top of that their customer service team is reliable, fast, and friendly (but of course, it helps if you don't let any hanger get the best of you and ask nicely in the first place!).

GBFoodler has excellent customer service … Foodler has excellent customer service they are attentive to their clients needs and don't add extra fees to delivery like the other food delivering apps. They also use more local restaurants than chain restaurants and help bring awareness to restaurants that without the app that you would not have been aware of. Foodler is great for the customer and they bussiness they serve. Also if a restaurant drops the ball in their service towards the customer, they go above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation.

GBI'm mostly satisfied with foodler … I'm mostly satisfied with foodler service but one of there restaurant's charged my card numbers at Dunkin Donuts for $5.18 after they delivered my order I'm quite sure of the restaurant

GBLove getting points for ordering Love getting points for ordering! It may be coincidence but when we order via Foodler our orders seem to arrive faster and fresher. When we have had problems with a restaurant/order Foodler has responded appropriately with refunds and added point credits. The only improvements would be more selections and a tracker.

GBGreat Company-Client Interaction I like Foodler. Once got a completely unexpected refund for a unsatisfactory experience that wasn't Foodler's fault, but helped me to have a good experience on the app. Very reliable service. I've never had someone not show up, or show up and drive away with my food like other delivery services. A little slow on delivery, but my guess is it has more to do with the restaurant than anything because I know which places will be 10 minutes late and I know which will be 10 minutes early.
