Foodler has excellent customer service … Foodler has excellent customer service they are attentive to their clients needs and don't add extra fees to delivery like the other food delivering apps. They also use more local restaurants than chain restaurants and help bring awareness to restaurants that without the app that you would not have been aware of. Foodler is great for the customer and they bussiness they serve. Also if a restaurant drops the ball in their service towards the customer, they go above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation.

Not as good as it could be... The app doesn't adequately allow you to customize your order, forcing you to use the comments section, which is often ignored by restaurants. I really hate that you can't earn point any longer and restaurants seem to be leaving. The drivers are always pleasant and I am a busy working mother so we have been using Foodler far too often.

I have used this food delivery a few … I have used this food delivery a few times. Delivery takes a long time always over an hour sometimes closer to 2 hours so plan accordingly. It would be nice if the delivery person checked the order when picking up from the restaurant to verify it is correct and acceptable. I have had incorrect orders and also cold (freezing) food delivered that should have been hot.

Foodler is the best food service out … Foodler is the best food service out there. I had used grubhub before finding Foodler and after that had tried a few other services because of the promotions. However, even after the promotions, I found that foodler was the easiest and most user friendly. Plus their points seem to rack up faster than others! More food! :~)

Best in Boston! Have been using this company for years! Fantastic and personal customer service. The one time a restaurant really made me unhappy, and I rated them poorly on the website, Foodler promptly contacted me and gave me $10 in Foodler bucks! Great communication services between the restaurant and with the consumer. I do not use any other food delivery website or app, Foodler is the only one for me! Not to mention the perks for using the site! Rack up enough points and get your Foodler bucks! $10 off an order if you use the service on average once or twice per week like I do. Not bad at all!
