We splurge several times a year for our small family reunions and everybody loves it. The quality is in a class of its own; calling it beef doesn't do it justice. Best American Wagyu available! I have ordered and eaten many varieties of American wagyu and most have been disappointing tasting similar to Prime grade. This, Wiens Full-blooded Wagyu, is where the bar is. Absolutely best American Wagyu I have tasted, just miles better that their competitors. Hats off to this family because in my eyes you are the best in America.
