I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips, Full blood. I did receive 4 steaks, Although there was not dry ice included to keep them frozen during their journey! 2 of the steaks were as described. the other 2 are half as thick and twice as fatty. So 2 of these "Thick Cut Strips" Are Beautiful and amazing 2 are one third fat and do not appear to to be a KC Strips cut. I did reach out to Wiens Wagyu with photos and my concerns via Email. Did not get a response.

Weins Wagyu makes the best smash burger. Service and shipping was great. We have not tried the latest delivery but I will tell you that during the winter when we could not find the Weins hamburger for smash burgers we tried regular hamburger. There is no comparison. All of my orders have arrived promptly and packaged professionally with everything still frozen. The full blood Wagyu filets are so good you'll be disappointed with every none Wagyu filet you eat afterwards.
