GBDisappointed with Current Technical Support Availability Lately, every time I call, there are 10 callers ahead of me. Also, I have outstanding tickets more than a week old and no response. Technical support availability has been dramatically curtailed. It used to be available with little wait or tickets were responded to within 24-48 hours. No more. I am disappointed.

CAVery disappointed with Tim support… made no effort to assist Really disappointed at your support with Tim at approximately 10:22 PM. This support agent did not even make the effort to check the site or do any checks. He immediately blamed the issue on my SEO and said I should call Developer. I cannot believe that he did not even make the simple effort to check. Paid thousands of dollars to this hosting company, and they hire such incompetent unprofessional support agents. This is the first time I have experienced this nonsense. I even sent a screenshot and he totally ignored it blaming it on SEO This guy is supposed to be a support agent, and my complaint had nothing to do with SEO, and he did nothing This evening I was having trouble with loading my websites, and the site was very slow and did not load properly. It was a simple error of SSL NOT WORKING AND GIVING WARNING to visitors that site was insecure, All he needed to do is check why but the guy was just plain lazy I had to close the chat support and find another competent support agent
