"InMo Techs Rock! "InMo Techs Rock!! We have been with them for over 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond to solve any issue. I have several clients on two vps servers and they are great to walk me through the fix so I learn and can grow in my knowledge of how to handle some of the issues myself. They offer support via ticket or chat 24/7, which is good for many issues...but I really appreciate the phone access when I have an issue that needs immediate attention, they respond promptly & professionally. The best hosting company I have found in my 25+ years of webhosting!

Very disappointed with Tim support… made no effort to assist Really disappointed at your support with Tim at approximately 10:22 PM. This support agent did not even make the effort to check the site or do any checks. He immediately blamed the issue on my SEO and said I should call Developer. I cannot believe that he did not even make the simple effort to check. Paid thousands of dollars to this hosting company, and they hire such incompetent unprofessional support agents. This is the first time I have experienced this nonsense. I even sent a screenshot and he totally ignored it blaming it on SEO This guy is supposed to be a support agent, and my complaint had nothing to do with SEO, and he did nothing This evening I was having trouble with loading my websites, and the site was very slow and did not load properly. It was a simple error of SSL NOT WORKING AND GIVING WARNING to visitors that site was insecure, All he needed to do is check why but the guy was just plain lazy I had to close the chat support and find another competent support agent

Most responsive hosting They are the most responsive and helpful hosting company anyone could desire. Been with them for years, solving lots of issues. Extremely patient. Love them.
