Products with salmonella German store 24 sold me products infested with salmonella. Even after a big recall this store kept selling Kinder Schoko Bons. I tried to reach out to their customer service several times without a response Edit: I reached out indeed several times via phone call and left voice messages. Anyways, GermanShop24 refunded the money for the chocolate. A little note on the side. You may want to learn how to respond in a less condescending manner. Thank you

I have purchased from the Germanshop… I have purchased from the Germanshop before and have always been very happy, and I just received my package today. Everything I ordered came carefully wrapped and fresh. The time from ordering to receiving was very fast. I also love their selections of German product. Their prices are also very reasonable. Excellent service I have placed multiple orders and all, except one, were delivered without delay and in excellent condition. I had one order shipped and stuck at New York Airport even though my Airport is Washington DC. I can't fault them for it. Once the mistake was discovered the order was quickly delivered. I've recommended them to others and they have received their orders promptly as well. The only thing I would recommend is adding Baby Food products since they all keep asking if I know whether or not they carry items such as Brei and Formula.

Use GermanShop24 not German DeliStore Love this store because they have a good selection of both Ritter Sport and Milka chocolate. Orders get to you relatively quickly considering they are traveling overseas and during COVID19. I've never had a problem and they have a good selection. Please make sure you don't confuse them with German Delistore which is awful and tried to charge $90 because they got into a fight with FedEx. Use GermanShop24!
