FlexPro Account Management Love the meals this company has. My only issue is the website is not the best to manage your account. But I gave a 5 star review because Miurel was able to fix my issues fast and easy.

Not only are the meals great Not only are the meals great, but the customer service is just as great! I appreciate the assistance that I recurve from the team every time that I reach out. The meals taste great as well!! Lourdes was a big help today and I appreciated her help a lot!

No app to order food from. Impossible to cancel service 1) there is no app for iPhone or android to order food or skip from. Instead you have to go to their website which is ludicrous for 2024. 2) it is impossible to cancel the service. Their chat service is non responsive and no matter how many times you try to cancel they will still charge you and ship you food. The food was fine yet having no app to use nor any way to cancel I’m giving it one star. There is a 4 week meal commitment that is hidden on their website. Had I known I had a 4 week commitment I would have declined. Pass
