GBNo app to order food from. Impossible to cancel service 1) there is no app for iPhone or android to order food or skip from. Instead you have to go to their website which is ludicrous for 2024. 2) it is impossible to cancel the service. Their chat service is non responsive and no matter how many times you try to cancel they will still charge you and ship you food. The food was fine yet having no app to use nor any way to cancel I’m giving it one star. There is a 4 week meal commitment that is hidden on their website. Had I known I had a 4 week commitment I would have declined. Pass

GBWhen will my meals be delivered? I had trouble logging in, and then wasn’t sure when my order was arriving and Luz was very helpful and quick to respond! They gave me a temporary password and sent me my UPS tracking number immediately.

GBMarcela was a great help today Marcela was a great help today, card payment didn’t go through last week so I didn’t think I would get my meals this week, she helped me sort that and get my delivery expedited

GBI had an issue with my meals from flex… I had an issue with my meals from flex pro. I got ahold of Ariel and he helped me with the situation and I’m a happy customer. I will continue to order because customer service is great
