FlexPro Account Management Love the meals this company has. My only issue is the website is not the best to manage your account. But I gave a 5 star review because Miurel was able to fix my issues fast and easy.

When will my meals be delivered? I had trouble logging in, and then wasn’t sure when my order was arriving and Luz was very helpful and quick to respond! They gave me a temporary password and sent me my UPS tracking number immediately.

Great customer service I had a small issue with my order, but I contacted Brian with the flexpro team and he was super helpful and responded quickly. This was the first time I’ve dealt with customer service, and I commend them for their service!

Chat Support is very helpful Flex Pro Meals had been very supportive of my needs whether I'm losing weight with their meals or need help with my order. It's the first time I've tried on online chat for customer service and it works, plus when you get a real person they follow up with you to make sure everything is good to go.
