Excellent customer care Excellent customer care I had an issue with a local retailer. I contacted The New Primal only making them aware of the situation. I didn’t ask for and wasn’t expecting anything in return. However, I was sent product for my troubles.

Great products and great service! The products I ordered (mild Buffalo sauce and Mustard BBQ) arrived quickly and I was surprised to find an additional bottle of the Almond Turmeric sauce added to my order “just to try” at no charge. It has great flavor and I think could be used in some Asian-style salads with far less sugar than most of those dressings. But it was the gesture from the Primal Company that was really appreciated. I’d also mention that the mild Buffalo sauce ordered has already become a favorite here. It is great for using in my Buffalo chicken salads—a bit of kick but not too much. I bought one to try several months ago then kicked myself because I didn’t recall where I had picked it up so I went directly to the company. Definitely recommended.

A company you want to support The new primal offers such a wide variety of products that help support me in my business, my work and my family! I just love everything about them. And I love supporting honest companies who support social justice causes as well. A win-win!

Excellent Customer Service I emailed the customer service team regarding a bottle of buffalo sauce that was rusted under the cap. I love New Primal sauces so needless to say I was a little disappointed. I received an email back the same exact day with an apology and explanation of the issue, as well as, an offer to mail a replacement bottle. This all happened within 3-4 days, amid a global pandemic. Really impressed with the response and will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks for making such great products!

Excellent customer service & product! Excellent customer service & product! Bought a bottle of the mustard BBQ sauce from a local store that went out of business. When I opened the sauce the lid was damaged making it unsafe to consume. I reached out to The New Primal and they shipped me TWO bottles free of charge! Finally got to try the mustard sauce; it is scrumptious and works well for those doing keto/paleo or who generally love delicious flavors :)
