The meals are tasty and well seasoned… The meals are tasty and well seasoned dishes that are healthy and meet my dietary needs. The high quality fish, meat & vegetables are tender and delicious. The portions are perfect. Easy to order/select meals each week for an on time delivery. Makes life easy just take out of refrigerator and heat for 2 minutes.

Overall delicious, healthy, convenient — but please add more fiber!! I love the convenience of these meals as a single person that doesn’t always have time or energy to cook, but doesn’t necessarily want take out instead of cooking. However I really wish the meals had more fiber in them. It’s hard to get enough in my day if I rely too heavily on these meals.

The meals are delicious and arrive… The meals are delicious and arrive (usually) on the date specified. My only complaint would be that perhaps a little more food would be good but then again, it is dietician approved as to the portion sizes. Sometimes the plastic film is difficult to remove. The taste of the meals is absolutely delicious.
