Enough saturated fat to give you a heart attack I'm not sure what dietician would approve the amount of saturated fat that is in most of these meals, but this is grounds for heart disease. There are way too many unhealthy fats in these meals, and while they taste good, they will clog your arteries. This is not how doctors recommend doing keto.

Great meals. Positives - Factor meals are delicious. The meat portions are usually about 4 ounces - but not always. Overall the best prepared meals we have tried. Negatives - The protein content is overestimated when the meat portions are small. The vegetable portions could be larger. A tablespoon of spinach is really not enough.

The meals are delicious and arrive… The meals are delicious and arrive (usually) on the date specified. My only complaint would be that perhaps a little more food would be good but then again, it is dietician approved as to the portion sizes. Sometimes the plastic film is difficult to remove. The taste of the meals is absolutely delicious.

Food is good, logistics need improvement Food is good, meals are very consistent week to week. Unfortunately, logistics are unreliable - in the 6 weeks we've been subscribed, the order has arrived late twice and arrived with a damaged meal once. This alone has kept us from growing our Factor order beyond 4x (8 meals) per week.
