GBI appreciate all your support I appreciate all your support! It is getting harder to get a customer service rep on the phone. Also I have called in the past on a back order and talked to 4 different csr's and told they would check into and call me back and then they never call or email me back. Samantha is wonderful!!! Anytime I talk to her and need status she always follows up and gives me updates.

GBHad some trouble getting logged in to… Had some trouble getting logged in to the site, but the nice lady that answered the phone got the whole issue taken care of in about 10 minutes, and boom! I was off and running. I did note that your On - Line catalogue is often difficult to find things on. Would still like to receive a regular catalogue yearly, it makes finding the part numbers MUCH easier...as it works now I have to switch over to Parts Town, get the part number then come back and look up the part. A lot of wasted time, but other than that, NO ISSUES!!

GBHopefully helpful suggestions Nice, friendly consist service. I only wish that some items were a little less expensive so that I would not have to purchase at local hardware stores. Items such as gas hose, valves , and general installation hardware.
