GBThe meat is very flavorful The meat is very flavorful. The 1st time that I cooked a Bison Brisket, I undercooked it, so it turned out a bit tough and chewy. The next time that I cooked one, I cooked it more like I would a Beef Brisket - Low & Slow (at least 2-hours per pound of meat, with a layer of BACON on top) with Smoker internal temperature around 180 to 200 degrees F with meat temperature slowly ramping up. At about 1.5 hours remaining and meat temperature around 150 degrees F, I increased the Smoker internal temperature to about 230 degrees F aiming to get the Brisket temperature up to 205 degrees F for the last 30-minutes to break down the Collagen. The result was WONDERFUL! Everyone who tried it LOVED it, even people who claim that they don’t like “Wild Meat”.

GBMy husband is a meat snob My husband is a meat snob, and the fact that he LOVES the Honest Bison meat we purchased says we are very happy and will be a repeat customer. The venison actually tastes like deer meat. I had purchased meat before, often, from another online company, however the meat was gross and bland, and the customer service was terrible. We received our HB meat quick, and by far some of the best tasting meats we've had. I will be ordering more soon.

GBThe bison I stewed following Sean… The bison I stewed following Sean Sherman's recipe was absolutely terrific. I wish there were a less expensive way to ship, but other than that I am delighted with these products.

GBDo not buy from this company!! Do not buy from this company!!! The are scheisters!!! I was forced to pay $70.50 for a 9 oz. bison ribeye. I have BMs three times this size on a regular basis. With shipping et al it was $94.00 per pound. Do NOT waste your money!!! I received a VM from Kaziza on Saturday 1.6.24 after I received my disappointing order. I have not interest in "talking" about this with them. They were more than happy to deceive me with this order.

GBWonderful way to vary our diet posivitely as well as our eating pleasure We have enjoyed elk medallions and venison loin so far-- simply prepared on the grill, which takes little time. We look forward to trying bison cuts as well. The medallions were delicious and made for an excellent summer dinner party and the venison loin was simply amazing. Ordering was easy and everything came well-frozen and nicely packaged.
