GBIt was my first time ordering lobster. It was my first time ordering lobster and accidentally put two orders in. Jenifer at Lobsters on Line gave me a call and cancelled one of my orders. That was really nice, I surely didn’t want to waste those delicious lobsters. Over all it was a new experience for me and my family and it turned out great!! Now I just have to figure out another special event to order more lobsters. Thank you Lobsters Online!!

GBUnexpected Unfortunately, we began cooking the minute we received our lobster so we did not see your correspondence until much later. That being said; the box it was delivered in showed definite signs of abuse rather than care, was torn down the sides and was soaked. Albeit the lobster were alive, I will admit this is the first time I’ve ordered from you, so not packing the lobster in seaweed was unexpected. The lobsters were great! Thank you, Jeffrey

GBEasy and delicious Our lobsters showed up on time and were the size and quantity ordered. They were very alive and kicking. We steamed them and they were as delicious as one could hope. Our future plans will include more of them.

GBOur delivery was shipped all the way to New Mexico! Our delivery arrived by noon and lobsters were fresh, alive and kicking. We followed the Lobsters on Line steaming directions and our lobsters were perfectly done, they were hot, tender and juicy. Jennifer was pleasant, thorough and professional. She assured me the lobsters would be delivered as promised when I talked to her a week prior. They traveled from Bourne all the way to New Mexico! I heartily recommend Lobsters on Line.
