Within minutes of emailing the company, someone from the HSF team reached out to try to resolve the situation. They contacted UPS and did the work from there. Some of the best smoked salmon in the world! I've been fortunate to have had salmon, and smoked salmon, in Alaska, Washington, Scandinavia and more. Honey Smoked Fish Co.'s salmon simply knocks it out of the park. With my first bite, I was instantly transported to a fishing lodge (Yes Bay Lodge, Ketchikan, Alaska) where salmon came in off the boat, was cleaned and sent straight to the smoke house. Noting I've had since Alaska could compare until Honey Smoked. Thank you for preparing some of the best in the world.

Puget Sound From Edmonds Washington, got this just to try for a party, after it was gone in 1 hour we went to the store and got 2 more, Forget the turkey for Thanksgiving, we had salmon, no joke we are going to get 2 more for New year's eve. We eat wild Chinook, Sockeye, Copper River. Very impressed with the quality of this product..
