Some of the best smoked salmon in the world! I've been fortunate to have had salmon, and smoked salmon, in Alaska, Washington, Scandinavia and more. Honey Smoked Fish Co.'s salmon simply knocks it out of the park. With my first bite, I was instantly transported to a fishing lodge (Yes Bay Lodge, Ketchikan, Alaska) where salmon came in off the boat, was cleaned and sent straight to the smoke house.
