GB99% of the time you have excellent … 99% of the time you have excellent service. Usually I can order my tea and it arrives within 2-3 business days. But this time for some reason the tea was sent to Hodgkins Il before coming to Idaho. Perhaps someone mistook Illinois for Idaho? Your products are wonderful and I will continue to order from you but I just thought it was funny that the shipment should go to IL. I ordered this tea on Dec 22 and it is now Jan 1 and won't get here till the 3rd.maybe? Our tea is still on vacation in IL, not sure when it will come home to us. Nancy

GBI have been ordering from this place… I have been ordering from this place for a couple of years now, but now I have to find a new place. I ordered some Valerian root from San Francisco herb co, and it was pale colored and very weak! I am use to getting Valerian root that is dark and potent, this was not!!, I could barely smell it!!. And when I called and asked about it, the man said it probably came from when there was a drought in one of the 3 places they get their Valerian root from. If you can't make sure that what people are buying is of the best quality, why are you charging the prices you charge, and why should anyone buy from you! They didn't even offer a small refund for my trouble, for paying almost $100 for something not of good quality!!. San Francisco herb co, you have LOST a customer!!

GBOut of stock Everytime I have visited this store on the advice of my neighbors I have always come back defeated because they never have what I want. But that's not the issue. They commit that they can have it on my next visit and they apologize on it. I don't know what the issue is but the staff is still amazing and polite.
