Bitter & acidic Cold brew arrived hot. I recommend faster delivery directly to your door. Good quantity with convenient packaging. Love being able to have at home. Cold brew was bitter & acidic. Should be dark, strong, smooth and less acidic if brewed cold & slow. I will try again and see if next experience is the see.

Nasty I am a daily cold brew drinker and decided to try this subscription service to save money and extra trips to the store. I regret it. The box is a huge pain, it’s hard to get the cold brew out and then when I put it back in the fridge the spout leaked everywhere. But most importantly this is the most disgusting coffee product I have ever tasted. It tastes like I’m drinking rancid coffee from an ash tray. Seriously. A strong aftertaste of cigarette ash.

Great flavor and customer service The coffee has a nice strong flavor, but as a concentrate you can customize the intensity. It’s definitely versatile without too much acidity. I add a pump of vanilla syrup and prefer it to a Starbucks sweet cream cold brew any day. Easy shipping and good customer service. Give it a try!

I can’t review the product because it hasn’t arrived I would love to be able to review the actual product, but I ordered it 6/6 and it hasn’t arrived. I did reach out and was told they are having trouble with my address ( I provided a PO Box and physical..). They use the USPS for delivery, so I am not sure why a physical and P.O. Box didn’t work, and why I had to call them to find out it was a problem... I will update once I actually get some product.

They took my money and disappeared I placed an order over a week ago and now the website is just gone. I tried sending an email to their support based on the order confirmation email I got and have not heard anything back. I have no shipping confirmation, and no way to get in touch, they just took my money and disappeared.
