Cole took initiative to complete the work and research, in the end was able to provide the answers I was waiting for. Greatly Appreciate the fact that Cole did not just say no answer at this time try calling later.

GBI have been a customer for 30 days now I have been a customer for 30 days now. I have had 3 different processors in 9 years. I really like this company so far. I have saved a bit of money by switching. I will be back in 6 months to do another review. So far they have been the best. Quick application and my money is available next morning. I highly recommend.

GBKara is a Rockstar! Kara was not only helpful, but she was patient. She went above the call of normal duty with all the questions we had regarding implementing Clover into our business. She took the time to fully listen, and truly understand, what we have and what we were looking for. She explained everything thoroughly, helping us to make an educated decision moving forward. GBgreat service and rates but call wait time too long My rates are good and whenever I speak to someone, they are most helpful. However, my complaint would be that it takes forever to actually speak to someone and the process is most difficult. there are so many divisions and phone numbers and when I ask for a better number to call, I am always given another to add to my growing list of numbers but still, a wait of up to 1 1/2 hours,. but when I finally do reach someone, they do go above and beyond to help, just as Cole did. I had to schedule an appt., which worked in this instance but if ever I need tech help, this would not be a good situation. but I suppose the long waits is part of the reason my rate is good?
