GBStax - customer avoidance is their motto Stax is a company that has mastered customer avoidance. They offer customer service numbers that are answered by an answering service that promises you have a ticket created. Yes, their employees don't respond. So, I have a billing mistake they made in their favor, and it is impossible to get help. If you want a credit card processor that has access to your bank account, pulls out money whenever they feel like it, and is impossible to reach to get it back. THEN STAX IS PERFECT FOR YOU!!!

GBappreciate the hard work of Tech support employee Tech support rep was able to diagnose my opened ticket still had work unfinished when I called looking for a result. Cole took initiative to complete the work and research, in the end was able to provide the answers I was waiting for. Greatly Appreciate the fact that Cole did not just say no answer at this time try calling later.

Clover never got it solved and it was hours of frustration and confusion and talking to numerous different reps with no resolution. He listened to my concerns, used common sense, fixed my issue in a timely manner and ended up with a satisfied customer. That’s something to acknowledge and appreciate as a customer!
