Great Service Payment Depot is all about customer support. Any time I needed assistance in either sales or support both Sheree in Sales and Eric in Support have demonstrated that they care about their clients. Biscuits & Bath has been with Payment Depot/Stax for at least 7 years. We don't cry wolf but when we need help - we do need it. Stax is a first-class company that provides that help

Customer Support Always Exceeds Our Expectations Since the start of our partnership, we have had nothing but a positive experience with Stax (fka FattMerchant). The user interface is most intuitive and simple to use. Today, I needed help gaining access to a statement and submitted a ticket. Within minutes, their customer service team was in touch with me and helped resolve the issue. Big shoutout to Cole Roberts, who was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you again, Cole!

Visa Mastercard Settlement Misleading email Stax sent me an email stating they partnered with MCGA for the Visa/Mastercard settle. FAILED TO DISCLOSE this is a third party company charging 25% commission and fees. You don’t have to use this Company you can go directly to the settlement website and fill out the form yourself. I feel taken advantage of and misled. I’ve called Stax several times there’s never a live representative and I don’t get a call back.

had an issue with…invoices/autopay had an issue with invoice/autopay...Victor Silva took the time and did the research to let me know what was wrong and the steps needed to fix it.

great service and rates but call wait time too long My rates are good and whenever I speak to someone, they are most helpful. However, my complaint would be that it takes forever to actually speak to someone and the process is most difficult. there are so many divisions and phone numbers and when I ask for a better number to call, I am always given another to add to my growing list of numbers but still, a wait of up to 1 1/2 hours,. but when I finally do reach someone, they do go above and beyond to help, just as Cole did. I had to schedule an appt., which worked in this instance but if ever I need tech help, this would not be a good situation. but I suppose the long waits is part of the reason my rate is good?
