GBI emailed early yesterday morning to… I emailed early yesterday morning to check on my order status and within minutes Steve emailed me to say he would check on my order as soon as the warehouse was open. He did and shortly thereafter let me know that my order was on the way. That was yesterday and today my wonderful French Roast kcups arrived. Fantastic personal and prompt customer service!
