GBI emailed early yesterday morning to… I emailed early yesterday morning to check on my order status and within minutes Steve emailed me to say he would check on my order as soon as the warehouse was open. He did and shortly thereafter let me know that my order was on the way. That was yesterday and today my wonderful French Roast kcups arrived. Fantastic personal and prompt customer service! That is quite unusual these days. Thanks, Steve!

GBPrice was very high and sent via FedEx… Price was very high and sent via FedEx Smart Post which took 11 days to arrive. Now when I look at a reorder, the price was raised to $1 per K-cup pod!

GBFirst time ordering drom this site First time ordering drom this site. Easy to order, great price and mailed in a timely manner. The only thing I woukd have liked was an email saying it was mailed. But that might be because I didn't create an account. I will create an account and order again.

GBExtremely disappointing service I placed my order on 5/13/2022; I received my first update on 5/18/2022. This is NOT the service I expected from an on line order. I finally received my order on 5/25/2022. My order was NOT left at my front door as indicated on the FedEx tracking site. It was left at the main office. Totally disappointed in this whole process.
