I quickly received an order confirmation and then another saying my order was processed, but no information about shipping. The next day, I called and spoke to Jake. He was very friendly and helpful and assured me that my order would soon be on its way. Jake is a perfect person to be a customer service representative! He was very much appreciated. To finish my review, the order came the very next day! Excellent! Thank you!

Extremely disappointing service I placed my order on 5/13/2022; I received my first update on 5/18/2022. This is NOT the service I expected from an on line order. I finally received my order on 5/25/2022. My order was NOT left at my front door as indicated on the FedEx tracking site. It was left at the main office. Totally disappointed in this whole process.
