GBBest Tea Experience for Lover of Tea! As a beginner tea drinker, this box has given the best experience to try new teas that I never knew existed! I can easily change my preferences in their personalized quiz to give me a change of teas the next month, or whenever I feel like switching it up. I also love sharing my teas with friends and family that I think they may enjoy! In recent days, I've noticed it's also been a lot easier to find and shop for teas that I rated highly. And, I love the different sales they announce for us!

I HAVE TRIED SINCE MAY 2023 TO COMPLETE AN ORDER AND I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY BOX SUBSCRIPTION AND NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TELEPHONE ANYONE ONLY EMAIL AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. IN THE MEAN TIME, MY FRIEND HAS NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FOR HER GENEROUS GIFT.

GBBest Tea Subscription Box Hands Down! I have been a satisfied customer of this company for almost 5 years now. I started my Sips by subscription back in late 2018, and I look forward to seeing that little box in my mailbox every month. And the folks who run this company are passionate about what they do, and so friendly, too! At the end of last year they started hosting weekly Zoom tea parties so they could get to know their customers better, and their customers could get to know who they are and learn more about tea. By doing so, they've gone beyond being just a company, they've created a community of tea lovers.

GBNothing 1. I’ve had multiple orders and it takes forever to ship. 2. Several times with different orders I’ve contacted customer service with no response. 3. They have sent 2 oz of tea when I ordered 4oz on a few occasions. 4. A couple orders took multiple months to receive.
