I like the variety of teas I get every… I like the variety of teas I get every month, never had a repeat, and all with great quality. The quantity I get for the affordable price is a good value in my opinion, especially since I like to explore teas without having to commit to larger quantities. I've been subscribed for years already and haven't been disappointed yet.

Best Tea Subscription Box Hands Down! I have been a satisfied customer of this company for almost 5 years now. I started my Sips by subscription back in late 2018, and I look forward to seeing that little box in my mailbox every month. And the folks who run this company are passionate about what they do, and so friendly, too! At the end of last year they started hosting weekly Zoom tea parties so they could get to know their customers better, and their customers could get to know who they are and learn more about tea. By doing so, they've gone beyond being just a company, they've created a community of tea lovers.

Scant amount of tea, shady business Received a gift subscription from my daughter for Christmas… well I had to input my credit card info for an auto renewal in order to redeem my gift… very shady. My first month’s tea came today and was ridiculous 2 green tea bags, 4 earl grey tea bags (which I specifically said I don’t like when I filled out my questions seeking my preferences, two very tiny bags of loose teas and 7 disposable tea bags for the 7 cups worth of loose teas. A total of maybe $3 worth of merchandise which the company values at $16. Avoid this rip off!

Best Tea Experience for Lover of Tea! As a beginner tea drinker, this box has given the best experience to try new teas that I never knew existed! I can easily change my preferences in their personalized quiz to give me a change of teas the next month, or whenever I feel like switching it up. I also love sharing my teas with friends and family that I think they may enjoy! In recent days, I've noticed it's also been a lot easier to find and shop for teas that I rated highly. And, I love the different sales they announce for us!
