GBMy son purchased a gift certificate for… Updated. Sipsby responds to reviews immediately, but to date they have not responded to my email or shipped my order. Also, yes, I ordered on March 6th, but the problem started before that when I had to contact them to ask for the code that they did not send automatically for my gift card. In fact when my son purchased the card, I did not receive even an email from this company until I sent an email to them requesting the code. ORIGINAL REVIEW:My son purchased a gift certificate for my birthday. First, I had to contact them to get the code since they did not email it at time of purchase. Now, it has been one week since I ordered, and the order still simply says “received”—with no further action. Most companies are apologetic when it takes four days to ship, but this company only states there will be a delay AFTER you’ve spent your money, and that they will let you know whenever the order ships. Do companies really think it is acceptable to take money and not provide products in a timely manner and not even offer a timeframe? Our next step is the Better Business Bureau since they do not respond to emails and have no phone number. Need the funds used to purchase the card returned so it can be used at a company that is responsive, has contact info other than an email, and who ships in a timely manner.

GBScant amount of tea, shady business Received a gift subscription from my daughter for Christmas… well I had to input my credit card info for an auto renewal in order to redeem my gift… very shady. My first month’s tea came today and was ridiculous 2 green tea bags, 4 earl grey tea bags (which I specifically said I don’t like when I filled out my questions seeking my preferences, two very tiny bags of loose teas and 7 disposable tea bags for the 7 cups worth of loose teas. A total of maybe $3 worth of merchandise which the company values at $16. Avoid this rip off!

GBGift subscription? Hardly! I was given a gift subscription that I was unable to redeem in 2020, because I refused to give sipsby my credit card number. The gift giver tried to intervene and Katie emailed me instructions on how to bypass the credit card requirement. The instructions did not work. She sent another set of instructions, they failed to work. It is now 2022 and the gift giver has reached out to Katie once again to help. This has been way too difficult. Gifts should not require credit card info nor should this process be so complex.

GBI like the variety of teas I get every… I like the variety of teas I get every month, never had a repeat, and all with great quality. The quantity I get for the affordable price is a good value in my opinion, especially since I like to explore teas without having to commit to larger quantities. I've been subscribed for years already and haven't been disappointed yet.

GBNothing 1. I’ve had multiple orders and it takes forever to ship. 2. Several times with different orders I’ve contacted customer service with no response. 3. They have sent 2 oz of tea when I ordered 4oz on a few occasions. 4. A couple orders took multiple months to receive.
