GBDON'T BOTHER!!! DON'T BOTHER! I CONTACTED CANDYCLUB VIA THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL TWO WEEKS AGO TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE AT ALL. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THEM AND IT DOESN'T WORK. THE CANDY ISN'T WORTH $40 PER MONTH AT ALL AND BY MAKING IT SO HARD TO REACH SOMEONE FOR HELP IT MAKES CANDYCLUB LOOK LIKE A SHAM.

GBI would give zero stars the candy is… I would give zero stars the candy is just nasty don't waste your money go to the store and buy a bag. The gummedy candy has the nastiest chemical taste it's disgusting my kids tried and they almost threw up it's that nasty I tried and gaged seriously candy club is gross I'm never ever buying again. 7-12 or more for you to just trow it away what a disgusting candy how are you still open it's awful.

GBbad experience in Candy Club I moved to Boston recently and I went to Candi bar thinking that it's Bollywood night but choice of song was crap. The staff is ridiculous, senseless and extremely rude, the lady bouncer inside shouting and not letting me in after went out to take a call. I tried to tell her that at least tell my friend that I am waiting outside and we came in his car and his mobile didn't had network. She wasn't ready to listen and shouting all the time to go up. I am never gonna go to Candy Club !!! Good Bye !!!

GBI just had to share about an…Amazing customer service I just had to share about an exceptional customer service experience. I had trouble placing my order, it got stuck on processing and wouldn’t put my purchase through. I called Candy club and spoke to Jack Bostic. He was incredibly patient and, although he wasn’t tech support, figured out what to do to put my order through. He was knowledgeable and a truly kind person- if I should have this issue again, I will definitely ask for him! As I said to him, Candy club needs to give him a raise as he not only handled a customer service call, he excelled at tech support. Thank you Jack!

GBReceived 2 packages of the exact same… Received 2 packages of the exact same candies inside them. Only 2 out the six were actually edible. My profile was set for sour and I received coffee flavored toffee hard candy, strawberry licorice rolls, and 1 sour blue raspberry belts. The blue raspberry belts and strawberry belts were like the best candies we’ve received. I hate how I couldn’t choose the candies my family and I like. Also I changed my address way in advance before package was sent out and they don’t redirect packages once delivered. I was only charged $80 for the 6 candies!!! Totally disappointed.
