Shop in Canada was offering a free… Shop in Canada was offering a free tasting! It was so amazing "ginger" flavour that we ended-up buyng it - in bulk! What a wonderful way to atract customers, who mostly ends up in buying! Of course, the quality was 100%

Great Promotions and Reasonable Shipping My husband and I love buying Truffles online. We believe they are fresher than those on shelves. We literally give them away to our favorite businesses. Our Auto Maintenance shop, hair stylist and veterinarian are just a few recipients. I usually pack up varieties in pretty bags. We also love eating them ourselves.

Lindt Chocolate USA worst shopping experience! Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order. I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!

First of all First of all, the person I send the chocolates to LOVES Lindt chocolates. My problem has to do with shipping costs during the summer months. Really, $27 for icepacks? I also send gifts via nuts.com and they charge just $7 for ice packs. I think the $27 is exorbitant. It ends up doubling the price of the gift.

Good Chocolate Cheesy Customer Service I placed a Mother’s Day order for my sister on May 4. It was suggested to me by the associate not to pay extra shipping, it would be on time from NH to NY. Nothing on Del date of 5/11. Called. Assured delivery by Jenn of the Consumer Services Team of a 5/15 delivery. I was given a 50% Discount. Nothing on 5/15. I received an e mail from Jenn on Monday offering me a full refund my tracking number and the automated FedEx number to solve my own problem. Good chocolate. Cheesy customer service. With such a colossal mess, I feel they should have offered to ship overnight. How do I send my sister a Mother’s Day present two weeks later? EPIC FAILURE LINDT
