GBDry cake, crumbled into saw dust. Probably sat in freeze for months. ordered the sample cakes for my birthday. thought it'd be fun to send myself some cake... Cake was awful. dry and crumbled up mess. Clearly have been sitting in a freezer for months. Nothing separated the different cakes from each other, they literally were all the same "cookies and cream" has maybe a little white chocolate swirl on top but it literally was just a chocolate cake, the chocolate torte was different only because it had frosting but it didn't save the fact that the cake just crumbled into sawdust when you cut it. the double chocolate... couldn't figure out what was different from it.. just another chocolate cake. didn't bother trying to the carrot since I hate carrot cake and I didn't have an option to exchange it. for the cost of the cakes + shipping. I'll never buy from them again. happy birthday to me.

GB50th Birthday Surprise - Online Order I recently ordered a gift/snack basket as a surprise for a friend's 50th birthday and my order was processed and delivered in less than 24 hours. I had admittedly procrastinated placing the order and Bake Me A Wish not only came through in a short time frame but they delivered it before noon the following day. GBDo NOT waste your money! I ordered a gluten-free red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday. The wrong cake was shipped and I promptly called to have it replaced. I was told it would arrive the next day but it did not. It was too late to find another baker on a Saturday evening who could replace the cake and my daughter went without a cake for her birthday. The company was defensive, unapologetic, and refused to refund the full amount of the order as I had added the candles, a teddy bear, and a cookie tower. After all of the heartache this experience caused my family, I believe a full refund is the least they could do. The food items that did arrive were dry and incredibly small. I never leave reviews but I hope to save someone from having the same horrendous experience that I had.

GBI recently ordered two cakes as a gift… I recently ordered two cakes as a gift for Thanksgiving. The cakes shipped on time and according to UPS, were delivered the day before. While the cakes were not received, I cannot thank customer service enough for refunding the full amount even though the non-delivery was the fault of UPS. I will definitely order again so I get to taste their delicious product. Thanks again customer service!
